Recipe for Cowpea pods (livia)
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
• 1kg of cowpea pods (“livia”) • 1 cup of grated kefalograviera cheese
1 dose of red sauce for pasta • 4tbsps of butter • Salt
PREPARATION
Clean the cowpea pods from their stalks, moving all along so as not to have any fibers. Put them into salt, be careful not to get melt and drain Place them in a platter and pour melt butter on. Sprinkle with cheese and add the sauce in the end
