Recipe for Crispy must cookies

INGREDIENTS FOR 60-70 COOKIES

• 2 cups of olive oil
• 1 cup of must syrup
• 1 ½ cup of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• ½ cup of orange juice
• 1 teaspoon of soda
• 1kg and a little more of flour (as much as it requires)
• 3 teaspoons of baking powder

PREPARATION

In a basin, put the olive oil, the must syrup, the sugar, the cinnamon and the orange juice. Throw slowly the flour together with the baking powder and the soda while blending with a cooking wire. Once tightened, keep on kneading with the hands until you have a soft dough. Shape the dough into thin strings and give them round form. Place the must cookies in baking pan covered with oily paper and bake for around 20 minutes at 180°C
