Fresh soft cheese, with a pleasant soft taste, delicate aroma, white color, of a flat-cylindrical shape, weighing about 350-450 grams. It is produced from cow’s milk without additives, in the cheese factory of the Agricultural Cooperative of Tinos and it is a delicatessen product.
It is a soft cheese of excellent quality.
It is consumed as a table cheese and deservedly replaces feta in the Greek salad and pies. It’s salted.
