21:30 Athletes arrival and welcome

22:30 asta Party for the participants of Tinos Running Experience 2018, in Kechros village.
The association of the village, with the valuable help of its residents, and especially of the women takes over to cook traditional recipes with local products based on the athletes’ needs. They also offer plenty of local wine and live traditional music, giving the opportunity to the athletes and their companion to discover the villages, the gastronomy, the joy and the hospitality of the island and its residents.

17:30 TINOS RUNNING EXPERIENCE Half Marathon
The Main event of the program is the Half Marathon. It is starting at the outdoor theatre of the beautiful village Volakas, a village of unique natural beauty. Its unique surrounding of big round rocks gives the whole landscape a lunar appearance. Route goes through the villages Skalados, Krokos, Komi, Kalloni and ends in the Town of Tinos.

At the same time will take place at the centre of the town 10km, 5km and 1 km road race and 100m for people with special needs in order to give to all the residents of the island and the visitors the opportunity to take part in this great athletic event regardless the age, gender and physical condition.

On Sunday, will be held an optional activity, a walk through one of the many trails of the island, getting in touch with nature and the beautiful landscape of Tinos, in collaboration with the athletic club Aineias.
