From farm to table!
Athens’s favorite restaurant, is coming to the exclusive Aegean Island, its kitchen, with all the tastes that will tease all of its customers senses.
The restaurant will offer all of the farms product, the meat, pastas, cheeses and eggs, etc. It will follow the same concept “From Farm to Table”, with the exclusive cuts, dry ageing, meat that Farma Bralou first brought to the Greek market. Of course the main attraction will be the “Butchers Corner”, with its display of all the various cuts. The experienced butcher will be there to help clients understand what each cut is, and kitchen team will make sure that meat is cooked to perfection.
The kitchen team headed by chef Michalis Nourloglou has created a summer menu, with plenty of side dishes and starters that will adapt to the seasons available products produced on the island.
