The new Zoga by Papaioannou restaurant is located within our hotel and is a benchmark for gourmet dining for Tinos every summer. It is open to the public, it offers unparalleled views of the Aegean Sea and its neighboring islands, and invites you to new gastronomic experiences with the guaranteed signature of the award-winning chef and cooking guru George Papaioannou, very well-known from the “Papaioannou” in Piraeus, from the 3 “Barbounakia” in Glyfada, Kolonaki and Nea Erythrea, as well as the “Almyra” in Costa Navarino. ’
The award-winning chef Giorgos Papaioannou together with chef Nikos Kondylis created a menu based mainly on traditional Greek cuisine, fully utilizing the excellent raw materials of Tinos and other regions of Greece. The menu emphasizes on seafood starters and fresh fish from the Cyclades: fresh sea urchin, octopus stewed in red wine with cream of fennel and roasted leeks, smoked eel with wakame seaweed, Zoga salad with cherry tomatoes and local Tinian ksinomizthra cheese, risotto bisque with shrimp, sea bass fillet with (Naxos’) sweet potato from (Naxos) in a puree and stuffed vegetable eggplant, local rice pudding with vanilla with Iokum-rose ice cream and brownie, are just a few of our 2 chefs’ specialties at our restaurant that surpass every imagination and guarantee an unforgettable gastronomic feast.

Our restaurant is open daily from 4pm to midnight from May to October and is also open for events of all kinds.
